and more. The system supports FIFO, LIFO,
Moving avg., and Standard Cost. The integrated
serial number tracking system conforms to
current BATF regulations and was one of the
first in the country to be developed and approved.
Standard features include Purchasing/Receiving
with Automated Buying, Defective processing,
and Price Sheet Generation.
The Sales Distribution System is
the perfect sales order processing system
for manufacturing or wholesale environments.
Special features include the ability to
easily enter and modify orders, automated
shipping capabilities with built in UPS
manifest system, order confirmations, credit
memo and automatic refund generation, drop
shipping, corporate buying account support,
and source of order tracking. Powerful lookup
capabilities are also included for easy
information retrieval. Other features
included are Backorder Management, Mailing
List Management, Sales Package Macro System,
Sales Tax Reporting System, and Accounts
Receivable with bank deposit system.
The Retail Point of Sale System
generates quick invoices, updates inventory
on-line, and allows for both backorders
and layaways. It's a polished, professional
system ideal for any retail store.
The Telemarketing System provides
a platform from which sales personnel can
operate in an efficient and aggressive sales
environment. Automatic call scheduling and
prospecting is simple and easy to use. The
system is integrates into all related modules
and is on-line for streamlined customer
service functions. Built-in call analysis
and sales rep commission reports help management
make fact-based marketing decisions.
The Manufacturing System features
the , a comprehensive and extremely powerful
manufacturing system that starts with a
master sales forecast interfaced with a
master manufacturing forecast. Job estimating
can be used to determine quotes and job
costing is extremely accurate and easy (including
the use of remote data entry terminals to
eliminate the use of time cards and hand
written costing sheets). Tracking and analyzing
both time and materials cost with this system
is a critical step toward making any manufacturing
business more profitable.
The General Ledger System is based
on a powerful report generator matrix that
allows the user to define almost any type
of report desired. The General Ledger System
supports full budgeting and both
Previous Year and Budget Analysis
capability.
The Accounts Payable System organizes
all cash disbursement activities, accommodates
automatic payments, partial payments, and
manual checks. Vendors are marked for automatic
IRS Form 1099 generation and both Cash
Needs Analysis and Vendor Analysis
reports are available.
The Payroll System supports 50 states,
has payroll with automated 941 and W-2 reports,
includes 401K and pension plans, allows
post and pretax deductions, and much more.
Other optional modules include Return
Merchandise Authorization, Co-op
Advertising, Excise Tax, and
MRP Systems.
